Booking & Cancellation Policy
All bookings require a credit card number or deposit of one night's accommodation to confirm reservations. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Amex (2.5% surcharge on Amex). If no credit card is presented on arrival full payment for your stay is required in advance as well as a minimum bond of $50 (this will be refunded pending a satisfactory room inspection on departure).
Cancellations made within 7 days of the reservation date are liable for the first nights accommodation. If the room can be resold a $20 cancellation fee will apply to each room night booked. There are no fees payable if the room is cancelled more that 7 days from the reservation date unless specified at the time of booking. A non refundable deposit may also be required during periods of heavy demand such as public holidays, and the Christmas / New Year period.
